Very good fast service

I purchased a pair of 7 for all mankind jeans, which as always were fabulous quality.
The jeans were wrapped beautifully in tissue which was a sweet touch.
The delivery was fast and I have every confidence if I had a problem the team would be helpful.
Such a good experience I’ve order a cashmere sweater that I’m looking forward to receiving.

Always good service fast delivery

Unfortunately I did not receive my items from UPS. They made one arttempt, I emailed instructions they called agin and left a final attempt note. I cannot get to the collection point as it’s Mon- Fri 11-3.
Also I am sure they did not try a neighbour as many are at home.

People answering the phone sound disinterested and impatient. I would expect far better service from what many would consider a luxury brand

Such a beautiful top in both design and fabric. It looks stunning on and will look fabulous with mid-blue jeans. Service was great too.

I had to return a pair of denim jeans for a smaller size.
A smaller pair arrived by return post

The returns are too complex. You have to write to them first.

2nd pair of these jeans first pair bought in the US so really pleased to find somewhere in the UK that sold them! Arrived quickly and are exactly the same as the originals
